Shanghai Feiyu Packaging Machinery operates a modern, standardized 7,000-square-meter factory equipped with high-precision CNC machining centers. To ensure that every fastener packaging machine maintains stable performance under conditions of high-frequency vibration and continuous heavy-duty operation, we insist on manufacturing core components in-house rather than relying on outsourcing.

From the precision milling of packaging heads and the application of wear-resistant coatings on feeding bowls to the laser cutting and bending of steel machine frames, Feiyu executes every process to high internal standards, ensuring that tolerances across the entire machine are controlled within the millimeter range.
