What is a fastener and hardware packing machine?
It is a machine that replaces manual counting and kitting. Bolts, nuts, washers and other hardware are fed in, counted, and packed into a bag, pouch or box, so every pack holds the exact kit you set.
Factories use it for nut-and-bolt pairs, bolt-nut-washer sets, furniture fitting kits and mixed hardware assortments, where counting by hand is slow and a missing part leads to customer complaints.
How it works
1.Feeding. Vibrating bowls line the parts up and move them to the counting channel.
2.Counting. Fiber-optic sensors count every piece, working with composite weighing so each kit has the right quantity of every part.
3.Filling and packing. The counted kit drops into the bag, pouch or box.
4.Sealing, printing and labeling. Selected models seal, print and label in the same automatic flow.
