After-sales service:
- Provide manuals/videos for machine installation, adjustment, setting, maintenance.
- If any problem occurs and you cannot find a solution, you can communicate face to face by telecommunication or online 24/7.
- If you agree to pay the expenditure, our engineers and technicians can be sent to your country for service.
- The machine will have a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, if any parts are not damaged by humans. We will replace a new one for you free of charge. The warranty will start after the machine is sent out. We receive the bill of lading.
- We have an experienced after-sales service team. In case of emergency, please call our customer service or after-sales manager. On-site repairs or instructions can also be ordered.
